HULL City striker Dean Windass has joined League One outfit Oldham on loan until the end of the season.
The 39-year-old, who scored the goal which took the Tigers into the Premier League through the play-offs last year, had been preparing to leave after being told his services were no longer required.
And the veteran could make his Latics debut against Hartlepool - one of the clubs linked with a move for him - tomorrow.
Windass has started just one top-flight game this season and made only six league and cup appearances.
