FORMER Sydney FC midfielder Ruben Zadkovich has finally quit Derby County after an injury-ravaged spell with the Rams.
Derby recently revealed that they had told the Olyroo that he was free to leave and a severance deal appears to have been agreed. His current deal was due to expire at the end of the season.
It leaves Zadkovich free to try and fix himself up elsewhere before the transfer window slams shut.
Zadkovich was signed by former Derby boss Paul Jewell in 2008 after a successful trial stint and made seven appearances for the Pride Park outfit.
However, he has not featured since current boss Nigel Clough took charge in January last year.
Whether a switch to another English club beckons or a return to the A-League remains to be seen.
