Reports in Holland on Friday claimed the Spaniard was the latest in a long line of names set to replace former boss Fred Rutten, who has left to join German side Schalke.

However, Ziganda insists he is excited about the upcoming La Liga season with Osasuna and is thinking about nothing else.

"I'm not going to waste a second thinking about this. I'm only thinking about Osasuna," he told Spanish newspaper Marca.

"I'm highly focused on Osasuna and I know nothing about any possible offers.

"I'm very excited about the new project at the club (Osasuna) for the next season."

Former England coach Steve McClaren and Denmark boss Morton Olsen are two of the names to be linked with the vacant post at the Dutch side.

Twente will play in the Champions League next season after they beat Ajax in the Eredivisie play-offs.
