Cardiff and Ipswich deliver once again, as Villa look to have kick-started their campaign, while QPR left it late to secure a comeback victory over Hull.
Here is the best and worst from the latest round of Championship fixtures.
THE GOOD
Cardiff and Ipswich: Neck and neck at the top of the table
No one would have expected these sides to be the early front runners this campaign. Four games in and both outfits have four wins. With Cardiff edging Ipswich on goal difference at the top of the ladder, both Neil Warnock’s and Mick McCarthy’s men are overachieving.
With relatively less to spend than the bigger clubs in the league, these two experienced managers have found a style of play which ensures that their team can flourish and deliver on a weekly basis.

Crisis averted at Villa Park
Going into their clash with Norwich City, there were rumours regarding the future of Villains boss, Steve Bruce. The 56-year-old had come under increased scrutiny for his side’s poor displays in their opening fixtures.
Their win over The Canaries would have come as welcome relief for everyone at the club. Conor Hourihane’s man of the match performance showed promising signs for the Midlands outfit. They put four past Norwich despite the absence of their main goal scorer, Jonathan Kodjia, who’s currently sidelined with an injury.

THE BAD
The Cottagers – No longer a threat in front of goal
Winless after their first four Championship fixtures, Fulham went down 1-0 at home to Sheffield Wednesday. The Cottagers have only scored two goals in four games, a far cry from last year’s feat.
The West London side are recognised for their goal scoring ability, many placing them as early favourites to take out the Championship this season. If goals don’t start rolling in, then there may be cause for concern for Slavisa Jokanovic and his team.
