The FIFA Disciplinary Committee has fined the English Football Association (FA) 70,000 Swiss francs (about $70,000) and issued them a warning for "breaching media and marketing regulations and equipment regulations", FIFA's press service said on Saturday.
According to the statement, two England team's players displayed unauthorized commercial branding on their playing equipment during their 2-1 World Cup semi-final loss to Croatia at Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium on Wednesday.
The FA was already fined $70,000 by FIFA on Tuesday for the same violations by several members of the English squad during their quarter-final match against Sweden.
Earlier, FIFA had warned the FA of possible sanctions and asked to cease the activities that eventually led to the fine.
England are facing Belgium in the third-place play-off in St. Petersburg on Saturday.
