"I thank Russia for their hospitality, our team feels very welcomed here. I also thank Russia's players and fans, they all are very supportive. We will hope for the same [support] tomorrow in the game with Switzerland," Krstajic told journalists.

He added that the team is not planning to change their playing style for the upcoming encounter and will play at a high tempo and take the game to their opponents.

Serbia beat Costa Rica 1-0 in Samara on Sunday and will face Switzerland in Kaliningrad in their second Group E match.

They are currently top of the group, followed by five-times World Cup champions Brazil and Switzerland who are in the second place with one point.
