Germany head coach Joachim Low said on Wednesday that Germany's elimination from World Cup in Russia will not affect German football in general.
"I do not think that dark times await German football. In the last 12 years we have always been in Top-4 teams at the big tournaments. But this streak must have been broken at some point. We are disappointed. We have many young players who are very talented and will help us progress. We need to analyze everything and move on," Low said.
Outgoing World Cup champions Germany lost 2-0 to South Korea in Kazan on Wednesday and finished their campaign bottom of the group.
