NOVOGORSK, June 3 (Sputnik) - All 28 of Russia players continued their preparations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup at their base camp in Novogorsk, just outside Moscow, a Sputnik correspondent reported on Sunday.
It's Russia's third training session since returning from their training session in the Austrian town of Neustift im Stubaital on Thursday. A part of the training session was open for journalists.
Head coach Stanislav Cherchesov does not face any injury concerns, with the whole squad being fit to train.
Russia suffered a 1-0 defeat to Austria in a pre-World Cup friendly in Innsbruck on May 30. The World Cup hosts will play Turkey at the 30,000-seater VEB Arena in Moscow in their final warm-up match ahead of the World Cup on June 5.
The tournament will take place from June 14 to July 15, with the matches taking place at 12 stadiums in 11 cities across Russia. The hosts have been drawn in Group A along with Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Uruguay.
