Friday night saw adidas Australia take over Sydney’s newest football retail space Ultra Football for their Tango League event.
More specifically, adidas owned their box-fresh 5-a-side cage and invited some of Sydney best street football teams to compete in the coveted local Tango League event.
The event was prevoiusly held in Sydney at Carriageworks in March.
Sydney Street Crew were crowned champions and their MVP Daniel Khodani was awarded a 12-month adidas boot deal.
Daniel’s “sweet left foot” was the attribute that caught the eye of Western Sydney Wanderers attacking midfielder Roly Bonevacia who was the judge of the MVP award on the night.
adidas also brought the Pyro to the Party adidas launching their latest boot collection.
Players and the crowd at the Tango League event were among the first in Australia to see the new Pyro Storm colourways of the ACE 17+ Purecontrol, X 17+ Purespeed and Nemeziz 17+ 360 Agility.
