Down the cages every Saturday and Sunday, the weekend warriors pour themselves into their tightening kit to show they've still got it.

We recently caught up with a bunch of them at the KIKOFF centre at Fraser Park in Marrickville, in the shadow of the Sydney Portugal Community Centre.

But it's fair to say no-one that day was a threat to Cristiano Ronaldo – although there was a surprising amount of talent on show nonetheless.
