Al Hilal and Al Attihad both recorded comfortable victories on Wednesday to reach the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League.
The two Saudi Arabian clubs progressed to the last eight of the competition, with Al Hilal thumping Bani Yas of the United Arab Emirates 7-0.
South Korean Yoo Byung-Soo was the chief destroyer, netting four times for the winners, including two in the first half.
Swedish midfielder Christian Wilhelmsson was also a nuisance, setting up Yoo's first before scoring himself.
And when Yoo made it 3-0 seven minutes before the break, the match at the Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium was all but over.
Yoo added two more after half-time, Wilhelmsson grabbed another to finish with a brace, while Salem Al Dawsari completed the rout with a goal four minutes from time.
Also on Wednesday, Al Ittihad were too strong for Persepolis of Iran, with Naif Hazazi and Abdelghani Faouzi netting first-half goals in a 3-0 win.
Abdoh Autef added polish to the scoreline with his late effort.
