The X 17.1 “Pure Stealth” has really snuck up on us here at FTBL, adidas football’s latest boot is a blast from the past combining traditional elegance with modern flair in a colourway that is sure to turn some heads.

Upon a first glance, I had dismissed this boot due to its colour. But then when I took a closer look I noticed the rustic beauty of this boot. A brown upper with speckles of silver lighting up the boot even more. The upper is much the same as a standard X 17.1 with everything fitting and feeling the same.

A chrome gold coating on the soleplate provides splashes of brilliance with every step. But sole plate is only the icing on the cake, when you combine all the parts of the boot collaboratively what is seen is simply put, drop dead gorgeous.

This boot is another Limited Collection boot that won’t be here for too long. Adidas have yet another crowning jewel in their collection as they continue to raise the bar higher. Not just opting for the brightest colours but taking a step back and appreciating the little things.
