Allsopp has been signed along with AFL star Matt Pavlich and NRL player Nathan Hindmarsh to be a part  Home Timber and Hardware's advertising.

The Victory forward has also been signed by sports giant Adidas and Sharpies marker pens for promotional campaigns over the past 12 months.

"Danny's involvement in this campaign shows how much football is now regarded as an effective medium via which to communicate with the Australian consumer," his agent Ritchie Hinton from ESP (Elite Sports Properties), told au.fourfourtwo.com

Over the last year A-League players have been used in campaigns for dandruff shampoo (John Aloisi), deodorant (Joel Griffiths) and reconciliation week (Travis Dodd).

"The A-League provides a genuinely national forum for companies to increase the awareness of their product," added Hinton.
