The final Aussie was knocked out of European competition this week despite scoring while our Aussies in England were in favour on another match day of Aussies Abroad.

In the Europa League our last Aussie in Europe was knocked out as Apo Giannou scored for AEK Larnaca in a 3-3 draw with APOEL Nicosia. However his opponents advanced on away goals.
In Germany Mathew Leckie was absent from Hertha Berlin's squad that lost 2-1 to Freiburg. Robbie Kruse was absent from Vfl Bochum's squad that defeated Heidenheim 1-0. Brandon Borrello played a full match for Freiburg U23 as they lost 1-0 to TSG Balingen.
Julian Schwarzer was absent from Pipinsried's squad that lost 4-0 to FV Illertissen. Christian Theoharous was absent from Borussia Mönchengladbach's squad in their 2-2 draw with FC Kaan-Marienborn who left John Anton-Buceto on the bench. Joshua Laws was absent from Fortuna Dusseldorf II's squad that lost 5-2 to Viktoria Koln. Jamie Percevski was an 81st minute substitute for Fortuna Dusseldorf U19 as they lost 1-0 to SC Schalke 04 U19.
In the Netherlands Ajdin Hrustic was an 87th minute substitute for FC Groningen in a 0-0 draw with FC Utrecht. Trent Sainsbury and Aziz Behich were absent from PSV's squad that defeated NAC Breda 2-0. Denis Genreau and Dean Bouzanis were unused subs for PEC Zwolle as they drew 0-0 at home with AZ Alkmaar.
In Austria James Holland played a full match for LASK Linz as they defeated Wacker 2-0. Jimmy Jeggo warmed the bench for Austria Wien as they went down 3-1 at home to Altach.
In Denmark Awer Mabil featured in two matches playing 61 minutes in a 3-3 draw with Nordsjælland and 70 minutes later in the week in a 2-1 win over Hobro. Dylan McGowan was absent fromVendsyssel FF's squad that drew 1-1 with Vejle. Brent McGrath was absent from Esbjerg FC's squad that lost 3-1 to SønderjyskE.
In Croatia Fran Karacic played a full game for NK Lokomotiva as they drew 1-1 with Osijek. Steven Lustica was absent from Inter Zapresic's squad who lost 2-0 to Rudes. Anthony Kalik was absent from Hajduk Split's squad which defeated Slaven Belupo 2-1.
In Belgium Danny Vukovic kept a clean sheet for KRC Genk as they defeated Lokoren 1-0 at home to tighten their grip on the Belgian League title.
In Greece Panos Armenakas was absent from Panathinaikos's squad that drew 0-0 with AEK Athens. Haris Stamboulidis was absent from Aris Thessaloniki's squad that lost 4-1 to Olympiacos.
In Italy Nick Pennington played a full 90 minutes for Olbia Calcio in their 1-0 win over Gozzano. Gabriel Cleur was an unused sub for Virtus Entella in their 3-0 win over Pontedera. Reno Piscopo played a full game for AC Renate as they drew 1-1 with Imolese.
In Serbia Andrew Marveggio was absent from Macva Sabac's squad that defeated Backa 1-0 despite losing two players to red cards. Dejan Pandurevic was absent from FK Zemun's squad that lost 4-0 to Crvena Zvezda.
