There weren't as many scorers like last time out, but we still had a lot to be excited about in Aussies Abroad this week! Massimo Luongo scored his first goal for QPR since October while Mat Ryan had a day to forget for Brighton.
In the English Premier League Aaron Mooy was an 82nd minute substitute for Huddersfield Town as they were romped 4-0 at Tottenham Hotspur's new home.
Mat Ryan didn't fair too well at home against Bournemouth, shipping five goals in a catastrophic 5-0 loss for Brighton and Hove Albion. Brighton are now five points above the relegation zone.
There was plenty of action in the Championship. Massimo Luongo played a full game and scored in a big 4-0 win for QPR against Swansea City.
Earlier in the week Luongo also played a full game in a 0-0 draw with Millwall as did James Meredith. Jackson Irvine played a full match for Hull City in a 2-1 win over Wigan Athletic and later in the week played 90 minutes in a 1-0 loss to Middlesborough. Bailey Wright was an unused sub for Bristol City in a 3-2 win over West Brom. Later in the week in a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa Wright was an unsed sub again while Mile Jedinak played a full match for Villa. Jedinak was a saviour for Aston Villa as they defeated Rotherham 2-1 whilst down to ten men. Ryan Williams was an 84th minute substitute for Rotherham in that match. Williams was also an 68th minute substitute in Rotherham United's 2-2 draw with Stoke City.

In the Scottish Cup semi-final Tom Rogic started on the bench but came on to put the icing on the cake for Celtic beating Aberdeen 3-0.
In the Scottish Premiership Tom Beadling played a full match for Dunfermline Athletic in their 1-0 loss to Ross County. Unfortunately Beadling played later in the week and came off injured in the 38th minute in another 1-0 loss to Falkirk. Scott McDonald played another full match for Partick Thistle in their 0-0 draw with Ross County. Lyndon Dykes played a full game for Queen of the South in a 1-0 loss to Alloa Athletic.
