There weren't as many scorers like last time out, but we still had a lot to be excited about in Aussies Abroad this week! Massimo Luongo scored his first goal for QPR since October while Mat Ryan had a day to forget for Brighton.
In the English Premier League Aaron Mooy was an 82nd minute substitute for Huddersfield Town as they were romped 4-0 at Tottenham Hotspur's new home.
Mat Ryan didn't fair too well at home against Bournemouth, shipping five goals in a catastrophic 5-0 loss for Brighton and Hove Albion. Brighton are now five points above the relegation zone.
There was plenty of action in the Championship. Massimo Luongo played a full game and scored in a big 4-0 win for QPR against Swansea City.
Earlier in the week Luongo also played a full game in a 0-0 draw with Millwall as did James Meredith. Jackson Irvine played a full match for Hull City in a 2-1 win over Wigan Athletic and later in the week played 90 minutes in a 1-0 loss to Middlesborough. Bailey Wright was an unused sub for Bristol City in a 3-2 win over West Brom. Later in the week in a 2-1 loss to Aston Villa Wright was an unsed sub again while Mile Jedinak played a full match for Villa. Jedinak was a saviour for Aston Villa as they defeated Rotherham 2-1 whilst down to ten men. Ryan Williams was an 84th minute substitute for Rotherham in that match. Williams was also an 68th minute substitute in Rotherham United's 2-2 draw with Stoke City.
In League One action Brad Inman was a 76th minute substitute for Rochdale city in their 4-1 loss to Portsmouth. Cameron Burgess was an unused substitute for Scunthorpe United in their 3-0 loss to Burton Albion.
In League Two Gethin Jones played until the 66th minute for Mansfield Town in their 1-1 draw with Northampton Town.
In the Scottish Cup semi-final Tom Rogic started on the bench but came on to put the icing on the cake for Celtic beating Aberdeen 3-0.
In the Scottish Premiership Tom Beadling played a full match for Dunfermline Athletic in their 1-0 loss to Ross County. Unfortunately Beadling played later in the week and came off injured in the 38th minute in another 1-0 loss to Falkirk. Scott McDonald played another full match for Partick Thistle in their 0-0 draw with Ross County. Lyndon Dykes played a full game for Queen of the South in a 1-0 loss to Alloa Athletic.
In the English youth leagues Oscar Woods was absent from the squad while Kai Caldebrank Park played a full game as Burnley U18 lost 4-3 to QPR U18. Tom Glover was absent from Tottenham Hotspur U23 as they lost 3-0 to Blackburn U23.
In the Bundesliga Mathew Leckie completed a full 90 minutes for Hertha Berlin as they lost 2-0 to Hannover 96. The loss makes the path to continental competition for Hertha almost out of sight.
Brandon Borrello played a full match for Freiburg II in their 2-2 draw with FCA Walldorf. George Timotheou played until the 76th minute for FC Schalke II in their thrashing 7-0 win over TuS Erndtebruck. Jamie Percevski was an unused sub for Fortuna Dusseldorf U19 in their 2-0 win over Vfl Bochum U19.

In the Netherlands Trent Sainsbury and Aziz Behich were both unused subs in PSV's 2-1 win over De Grafschaap. Denis Genreau was absent while Dean Bouzanis was an unused sub for PEC Zwolle in their match against Willem II. Ajdin Hrustic was absent from FC Groningen's squad against Heerenveen.
In Austria Jimmy Jeggo was absent from Austria Wien's squad that drew 1-1 with Wolfsburg. James Holland played a full game for LASK Linz as they lost 1-0 to St Polten.
In Denmark Awer Mabil was an unused sub as FC Midtjylland defeated OB 2-0 in their race for the Danish Superliga title.
In Greece Panos Armenakas was a 68th minute substitute as Panathinaikos lost 3-1 at home to OFI.
In Croatia Steven Lustica was an unused sub for Inter Zapresic as they were thrashed 7-0 by HNK Rijeka. Fran Karacic and Anthony Kalik both played full matches for their teams as Hajduk Split beat NK Lokomotiv Zagreb 1-0.
In Cyprus Apostolos Giannou played a full match as AEK Larnaca defeated AEL 3-2.
In Poland Jake McGing played a full match for Wisla Plock in their 3-1 win over Zaglebie Sosnowiec.
In Belgium Danny Vukovic completed 90 minutes for KRC Genk in their 3-1 win over Club Brugge.
In Finland Dylan Murnane played a full match for IFK Mariehamn in their 2-1 loss to HJK.
In Italy Nick Pennington was an unused sub for Olbia Calcio in a 2-2 draw with Juventus U23. Gabirel Cleur was an unused sub for Virtus Entella in a 2-0 loss to Pro Patria.
In the Asian Champions League Brad Jones recorded a big 4-1 win for Al Nassr over Al Zawra'a. Andrew Nabbout was an unused sub for Urawa Red Diamonds in a 1-0 loss to Jeonbuk Hyundai. Mat Jurman played a full game for Al Ittihad in a 3-2 win over Lokomotiv Tashkent.
In the J-League Cup Ange Postecoglou's Yokohama F Marinos played out a 2-2 draw with V-Varen Nagasaki. Later in the week in the J-League Yokohama drew 1-1 with Nagoya Grampus for whom Mitch Langerak played a full match. Andrew Nabbout played 7 minutes off the bench for Urawa Red Diamonds in their 1-0 win over Gamba Osaka.
In The K-League Aleksander Jovanovic played a full game for Jeju United in their 1-0 loss to Jeonbuk Hyundai. Adam Taggart played a full game for Suwon Bluewings in a 0-0 draw with Daegu FC. Nick Ansell played a full game for Jeonnam Dragons in a 1-1 draw with Suwon FC. Aleksander Susnjar played a full game for Busan i Park in a 5-2 win over Asan.
In the Saudi Arabian League Jack Duncan played a full game while Rhys Williams played 70 minutes in Al Qadsiyah's 2-0 loss to Al Taawoun. Milos Degenek played a full game for Al Hlial in a 1-0 win over Al-Hilal. Mat Jurman was absent from Al Ittihad's 3-2 win over Brad Jones' Al Nassr with Jones clocking up 90 minutes.
Brad Smith played 90 minutes for Seattle Sounders in a 3-2 win over Toronto FC. Antonee Burke Gilroy played 46 minutes while Jesse Daley was sent off in the 63rd minute as Seattle Sounders II lost 5-0 to Las Vegas Lights.
