Suwon Bluewings defeated Jeju United on penalties to reach the final of the Korea FA Cup and move to within 90 minutes of a place at the 2011 Asian Champions League.
Suwon, the holders, will face 2004 winners Busan I'Park in the final.
Two hours of football ended goalless at Suwon World Cup Stadium before the Bluewings held their nerve to win the shootout 4-2 against the league leaders.
