New Zealand international midfielder Tim Brown will seek a release from his pre-agreement with the Newcastle Jets only 10 days after agreeing to sign.
Brown, who only agreed to sign with Newcastle because he felt New Zealand would not have a team in the A - League, now wants to play for his hometown.
It will be interesting to see how the release will be secured.
Something tells us there will be a transfer request or two.
