SWITZERLAND'S preparations for next month's Euro 2008 tournament have suffered a setback following the withdrawal of reserve goalkeeper Fabio Coltorti from Jakob Kuhn's provisional squad.
The 27-year-old Racing Santander goalkeeper arrived at the squad's training camp in Lugano on Monday but was forced to leave just hours later due to post-viral fatigue syndrome.
Grasshoppers' goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic has been called up as a replacement by the tournament co-hosts.
Kuhn is also sweating on the fitness of a number of outfield players.
Lyon defender Patrick Muller and new Liverpool signing Philipp Degen are both trying to prove their fitness after injury-hit seasons, while FC Twente striker Blaise Kufo is almost certain to miss out after picking up a groin injury.
