A report in the Adelaide Advertiser suggests the Antlers, eliminated from the Asian Champions League by United, were impressed with the skipper's performances over the recent quarter-final tie and are keen to snap him up.

However, Adelaide football director Michael Petrillo says there has been no approach.

Dodd is contracted to Adelaide until the end of the 2010-11 campaign.

Petrillo told the Advertiser: "He'd have to want to go and I'm sure we would listen to anything they have to say but it would have to be a pretty good deal for us to let him go.

"Where can you get another Travis Dodd?

"If he was happy we wouldn't be interested in letting him go for less than a seven-figure sum. But it's not my call, the club owners make the final decision."
