Italy coach Roberto Donadoni believes AC Milan playmaker Kaka is the best player in the world.
The 25-year-old midfielder led the Rossoneri to the Champions League title last season and speculation has linked him with a move to Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid for a world-record fee.
Donadoni, who played at the San Siro for 10 years, has tipped the Brazil star to be awarded the Ballon d'Or, given to Europe's top player each year.
The Azzurri coach told Gazzetta dello Sport: "Kaka is ready to win the Ballon d'Or. There's no other player in the world as good as him.
"And he is also the latest example of a young promising player who transformed himself into a champion in Italy."
