QUEENSLAND Roar could be without both Tahj Minniecon and Luke De Vere for the remaining two rounds of the A-League campaign.
Both players were injured during Roar's 0-0 draw with Adelaide United on Wednesday night.
Minniecon left the pitch with a hip flexor problem after an hour while DeVere tweaked his hamstring in the dying minutes of the contest.
Queensland coach Frank Farina said the injuries were costly with his side still eyeing off a top-two position.
Farina expects Minniecon will be out for two weeks while DeVere's injury will be assessed further on Thursday.
He said: "I don't know how bad it (DeVere's hamstring) is. Unfortunately it was in the last two minutes which is always a pain in the arse."
Meanwhile, Farina said the Roar was more proactive than the Reds in their Hindmarsh Stadium stalemate.
"I thought we created the better opportunities, the better chances but we didn't take them.
"I was very surprised in the manner that Adelaide came out, particularly the first half but that's the way they've been playing.
"I thought they sat back and really tried to play the counter which they are very good at.
"I don't think the onus should have been on us to force the game but we did and we try to win it."
