NORTH Queensland Fury boss Ian Ferguson wants his silent types to crank up the noise as he continues to ponder over his choice of skipper.
Fury take on Brisbane Roar this weekend and Ferguson wants his players to start making more racket out on the pitch.
A captain needs to communicate with his troops and Ferguson is still deciding who is best suited to perform the task.
However, he also stresses that communication isn't down to one man. It needs everyone to take responsibility.
He told the Townsville Bulletin: "I want 11 people out there communicating and organising because it's a big part of our game. You can't just have one guy out there shouting and telling everybody what to do and where to go.
"Again (at training) today I had to let them know how quiet it was at times on the field and we need certain characters out there to start being vocal."
Fury take on Roar on Saturday.
