AURELIO Vidmar has been named A-League coach of the season while Reds custodian Eugene Galekovic is the top keeper.
The duo were acknowledged at Monday night's A-League awards in Sydney - a good night for the club with Scott Jamieson also walking off with the rising star award.
Vidmar's award came after he became the first coach to lead an Australian team to the final of the Asian Champions League while Galekovic's performances between the posts for Adelaide this season have been widely acknowledged - Pim Verbeek the chief applauder, with the player now clearly part of the international set up.
