Greece must play their Euro 2008 qualifying match in June away from Athens after receiving a two-match home ban from UEFA following events at their 4-1 Group C defeat to Turkey on March 24.
The Hellenic Football Federation (EPO) has also been fined $100,000 after incidents at the Georgios Karaiskakis stadium.
Fireworks and missiles were thrown and racist banners displayed in the crowd during the match.
The EPO has also been ordered "to ban extremist supporter groups from matches of the Greek national teams".
On Wednesday, UEFA's Control & Disciplinary Body ruled that the the European champions must stage their qualifiers against Hungary and Moldova - due to be played on June 2 and 6 respectively, at least 250 kilometres from the Greek capital.
Meanwhile, the disciplinary body has also punished the Norwegian Football Association (NFF) and the Football Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina (NSBiH) for incidents at their game in Oslo on the same match-day.
The NFF has been fined $30,000 for insufficient searching of fans before the game at the Ulleval stadium, which Bosnia-Herzegovina won 2-1, while the NSBiH must pay $60,000 after their supporters threw missiles onto the pitch.
All three associations have three days to appeal the decisions.
