Blackpool's David Carney has been an ever present in the Australia side at the tournament so far but suffered a shoulder injury in the 1-1 draw with South Korea last time out.
The 27-year-old is joined on the injury list by Luke Wilkshire and Jason Culina, who are struggling with groin and hip problems respectively, and all three are rated doubtful for the clash.
But Osieck is keen to field the strongest line-up possible as Australia bid to secure at least the point they need to progress and the German will wait until consulting with his medical staff before making a decision on his starting XI.
He said: "We have some knocks and bruises for the game and we may have to replace some players. However we have excellent medical staff working around the clock with them.
"It is still pretty likely we will have everyone ready for tomorrow's game."
Australia are bidding to progress from the group stage for the second successive Asian Cup following their run to the quarter-finals in their debut appearance four years ago.
That time they flattered to deceive after being heavily tipped to lift the trophy and now Osieck is eager to maintain a winning mentality within his players by beating Bahrain tomorrow.
"We don't want to consider anything but victory as being good enough," he added.
"We are in the position of having our fate in our own hands and if we perform well then we can definitely achieve our target."
All four past encounters between the two sides have gone the way of the Australians.
But Bahrain coach Salman Sharida was unfazed by statistics and has faith in his players to get the win they need to send them through to the last eight.
"We know everything about Australian team. We have played them four times and we know them one by one and all their players' abilities," he said.
"We know their capabilities but we also know our own capabilities and we will strive to reach our goal and win. We care only about winning this because it is a decisive match."
