Andrea Stramaccioni has signed a three-year contract to become Inter Milan's coach on a permanent basis.
Inter president Massimo Moratti revealed last week that Stramaccioni had agreed to a contract until 2015, but the deal was only made official by the Serie A club on Monday.
Stramaccioni was a youth coach at Inter before taking over the senior position in March following the sacking of Claudio Ranieri.
He oversaw five victories in nine matches as the Nerazzurri finished in sixth position on the Serie A table, securing a place in Europa League qualifying next season.
"F.C. Internazionale has now finalised the paperwork relating to the coach's three-year deal with the club," an Inter statement read.
"Stramaccioni's contract, which runs until 30 June 2015, was taken to the Lega Serie A offices today (Monday)."
