Failure to win on Saturday is not an option for Inter Milan if they want to have a chance of winning the Serie A title.
Inter are eight points behind city rivals AC Milan heading into their game against Cesena at the Dino Manuzzi stadium.
If the Nerazzurri do not win, and Milan prevail in their game, the Rossoneri can capture their first scudetto since 2004.
"It's going to be very difficult to take the scudetto away from Milan," said Inter defender Ivan Cordoba.
"But we must win all of the games that remain and concentrate on our aims.
"We want to qualify for the Champions League next season and we want to defend the Coppa Italia, which is a very important title."
Milan have a better head-to-head record against Inter and host Bologna on Sunday at the San Siro with four games remaining.
The Rossoneri have not won five games in a row this season and will attempt to do so on Sunday.
"It's not done yet," said Milan midfielder Gianluca Zambrotta.
"There are still four games remaining and we must wait until the numbers give us that certainty before we begin celebrations."
Napoli go into the final four weeks of the season in third and one point behind Inter.
The azzurri host Genoa on the back of two straight defeats against Udinese and Palermo.
The stakes are extremely high when fourth-placed Lazio host seventh-placed Juventus at the Stadio Olimpico on Monday, with both sides are battling for European football.
Lazio are one point clear of Udinese, who visit mid-table Fiorentina on Sunday, while Juve trail three points behind Roma, who hold the last Europa League qualifying spot.
Roma have not given up hope of a top-four finish.
The Giallorossi trail four points behind Lazio and visit already relegated Bari this weekend.
Palermo are six points behind Roma but determined to push until the end for a place in the Europa League next season.
Wins against Napoli and Udinese have boosted Palermo's hopes of catching Roma.
The Sicilian giants take on Parma at the Ennio Tardini stadium on Sunday.
Catania and Cagliari square off at the Angelo Massimino stadium with each side having won just one of their last seven games.
With two teams still to join Bari in the second tier next season, Brescia are five points adrift of 17th-placed Sampdoria, who are level on 35 points with third-from-bottom Lecce.
Brescia travel to Genoa to face Sampdoria in a relegation dogfight.
Lecce, meanwhile, host Chievo, who are five places but just four points clear of the relegation zone.
