INTER Milan will have to do without their top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic for a further 10 days but the Nerazzurri are nevertheless confident they will overcome his absence in Sunday's game at Torino.
Ibrahimovic, who has struck 15 league goals this campaign, is out with a knee injury and will only return to action for the last two games of the campaign.
The absence of the Sweden international has so far not hindered Roberto Mancini's side, who beat Atalanta and Fiorentina in the last two rounds to maintain their four-point advantage over Scudetto contenders Roma.
"We have had a season plagued by injuries but we have shown our strength," admitted Inter defender Cristian Chivu.
"There are five games left to play and we hold a four-point advantage over Roma.
"We have more strength than Roma, we are more clinical than Roma and in the end it's the results that count.
"Of course we will be able to withstand the pressure and win the league title, we have done it in the past."
Inter, who have lost just twice this campaign, will step onto the Stadio Olimpico pitch in Turin knowing the result of Roma's home clash against Livorno.
Coach Roberto Mancini is supremely confident that Inter will go out to clinch their third straight win regardless of the outcome of the game in Rome.
"For the others to catch up they would have to hope the team in front will lose but we are getting better game by game," he said. "We are not looking back but only thinking of winning."
Torino have not beaten Inter at home since the 1993-94 campaign but that will not stop newly-appointed boss Gianni De Biasi from trying to stun the league leaders.
The former Levante coach returned to Torino after Walter Novellino was sacked following the Granata's 3-0 defeat at Genoa that left Toro just four points clear of the drop zone.
Novellino had taken over from De Biasi at the end of last season after he had steered the club away from relegation.
"Novellino gave his best just as we have done," admitted team captain Alessandro Rosina. "But the season has gone in this manner and it´s evident Novellino´s dismissal is a defeat of the collective."
The club have struggled in every direction of late, conceding five defeats in their last six games, while only managing to score two goals in as many games.
Considering they are facing the best defensive line-up in the competition, with Inter having only given away 21 goals in 33 games, Toro are well aware they will have to give their best.
"We know the strength of Inter," added Rosina. "We know we face a great team that has plenty of champions. But we also have quality and we will not be passive in the game.
"We are also playing for our scudetto, which is to avoid the drop."
De Biasi will face an even greater challenge considering he will have to do without suspended trio David Di Michele, Alvaro Recoba and Salvatore Lanna.
The visitors will have to do without injured midfielder Luis Figo and Patrick Vieira, who serves a one-match ban
