Striker Adriano has not ruled out a return to Italy with AC Milan a possible destination, according to the player's agent.
The 27-year-old Brazilian recently signed a one-year deal with Flamengo in his homeland after his contract with Inter Milan was terminated in May.
Adriano struggled for consistency during his spell with Inter but could be tempted back to the San Siro to play for their city rivals.
"Adriano is well, he has lost weight," Rinaldi told Gazzetta dello Sport.
"He could return to Italy, he has the possibility to go to Italy or to Spain and I think he is thinking about it.
"There was talk of Milan when he was at Inter, perhaps in the future he could join them, we shall see."
