Liverpool concluded their 2016-17 Premier League commitments on Sunday with a 3-0 win over Middlesbrough sealing their spot in next season’s UEFA Champions League.

Klopp laughed off any concerns about the long-haul travel, although he conceded the condition of his players would dictate how they’d line up.

“After the last game and the flight we will see how we can line-up,” Klopp said.

"It will be nice even though it’s quite intense because it could have been worse, we could have used bicycles to get over!

"It’s all good, it feels good, the mood is good."

Klopp hinted a few of the legends – Steven Gerrard, Steve McManaman, Daniel Agger and Jamie Carragher - named as part of the squad will likely be utilised.

The German boss said the game, which is expected to attract more than 75,000 fans, would be an opportunity to celebrate a successful season after reaching the top four.

"I’m already really looking forward to how they react now," Klopp said.

"We go in the stadium and 80,000 Liverpool supporters are there and they are the first who can really celebrate the good season with us.”
