Kuwait hammered Bahrain 4-1 in an international friendly at Tahnoun bin Mohamad stadium in Al Ain.
Mahmoud Abdulrahman gave the lead to Bahrain after 19 minutes but Kuwait levelled the scores in the 33rd minute through Ahmad Ajab, who then put his side ahead three minutes before half-time.
Kuwait added a third goal six minutes after the break through Yousef Al Salman before Abdullah Al Breiki sealed the win with a fourth goal on the hour mark.
Both sides were preparing for their forthcoming 2011 AFC Asian Cup qualifying matches. Kuwait will take on Oman on March 3 in Group B action while Bahrain meet Japan on the same night in Group A.
