OLYROO midfielder Neil Kilkenny won't be swapping one Yorkshire club for another with Leeds United having turned down an approach from Doncaster Rovers.
Kilkenny impressed for the Elland Road side under Simon Grayson in the second half of last season and the Whites are in no mood to let him go.
Doncaster Rovers are in a higher league but have been told Kilkenny is seen as part of the plan for a promotion push next year.
Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll told the Yorkshire Evening Post: "I have spoken to Leeds manager Simon Grayson about Kilkenny's availability and the response was that they are not looking to sell him, although every player has their price, and that's as far as it has gone."
Kilkenny is currently injured although it was discovered that the ankle injury suffered in the play-off semi-final defeat by Millwall was a sprain rather than a break.
