Thanks to the South Australian State Government and Adelaide City Council plus FOX SPORTS and the South Australian Jockey Club (who are providing the screen), Adelaide United supporters will be able to watch the Reds’ most significant matches in the club’s history at the official ‘Go Reds Live Site’.

“It’s a terrific gift by the SA government and the Adelaide City Council to enable those Reds fans, both old and new, who really want to be able to cheer the team on, to be able to watch the game live,” said Adelaide United CEO Sam Ciccarello.

Sports Minister Michael Wright said the initiative would give all South Australians the chance to get behind United in their attempt to become the champion club of Asia.

“South Australians have every reason to be thrilled and proud of their efforts so far, and I’d encourage all soccer fans to come out to Elder Park to watch the final steps in United’s quest for glory,” Wright said.

“It’ll be great for thousands of fans to watch both matches in a great family-friendly atmosphere.”

Elder Park will screen the away leg in Osaka on November 5 before the return leg at Hindmarsh Stadium on November 12, the home match also expected to be extremely popular considering the game is fully subscribed.

Lord Mayor Michael Harbison said the events would allow everyone the opportunity to join together for the momentous occasion.

“We are delighted to be working with the State Government to bring these games live to thousands of Adelaideans, who otherwise would not get the opportunity to see them,” Mr Harbison said.

“We will also be providing a number of essential services to ensure that Elder Park is at its best and caters to the needs of the many fans who are expected to watch the two matches.”

The 1st leg in Osaka kicks off at 8.30pm (ACDT) with the decider at Hindmarsh Stadium commencing at 7.30pm (ACDT).

Elder Park is located next to the Festival Theatre along the Torrens River on King William Road.
