Marco Materazzi is confident there will be no repeat of the mass brawl between Inter Milan and Valencia when the two sides meet again in the Emirates Cup.
UEFA came down hard on both clubs following the ugly scenes in the Champions League match during March.
Each club was heavily fined, with Valencia defender David Navarro suspended for eight months for his part, while Inter's Nicolas Burdisso was ordered to serve a six-game ban, with a further two-match ban suspended for two years.
Several other players were also sanctioned following the melee.
However, former Everton defender Materazzi - famously butted by France'sZinedine Zidane in the World Cup final last summer - maintains tomorrow's encounter will be played in the right spirit.
"Of course we will have fun together - it will be great. Everybody with no regrets," the Italian defender told the media at the Emirates Stadium tonight.
"There is nothing left over from the last game.
"Tomorrow we will shake hands and act like friends once again.
"I know from experience that what happens on the pitch should stay there - you cannot do anything about it.
"We know how to behave, so last season's game will have no influence.
"We are people, we are not animals.
"We all think rationally and know how to behave - it is a friendly and after 90 minutes, we will shake their hands, it is not going to be a battle."
Inter will be missing former Arsenal captain Patrick Vieira through injury this weekend.
The Frenchman - who won the Italian title last season - was part of the `Invincibles' Gunners side under Wenger.
This summer has seen Arsenal lose another of their key men, following the departure of Thierry Henry for Barcelona.
Materazzi feels the French striker will be a tough act to follow.
"Without Henry, the team will lose a lot in attack," he said.
"However, they have been able to play great games without him, but losing him is heavy on the team.
"If you lose one of the best players in the world like Henry, you are going to lose some of your attacking power.
"I feel sorry for the team that he left, because I know how he was involved with his position in the squad.
"But I will be happy he is not on the pitch on Sunday."
