Australian coach Joe Montemurro is set to take the reins at Arsenal Women, according to UK reports.
Montemurro will relinquish his role as Chief Assistant Coach at A-League side Melbourne City to return to the women’s game where he has enjoyed considerable success.
In 2015/16 he led City’s inaugural W-League team to the premiership- championship double in a jaw-dropping undefeated season.
The 48-year-old is set to replace Pedro Martinez Losa who spent three years at the helm of the Gunners Women's Super League One club.
Arsenal WFC finished third in 2016 behind Chelsea and Manchester City.
