Andrew Nabbout's 10th goal of the season has given Newcastle Jets a 2-1 victory over Sydney FC.
For the Jets, it was their first victory over Sydney in 16 attempts, dating back to 2012 and gives them an 11-point buffer over third-placed Melbourne City.
The Sky Blues suffered just their second defeat of the season and their first away to Newcastle since December 2012.
Newcastle Jets
Jack Duncan - 7
Stretched but couldn't deny Bobo's equaliser. Wasn't forced into too many saves. But dealt with crosses well.

Jason Hoffman - 7
Delivered a few crosses and was forced into five interceptions.
Nigel Boogaard - 8
Made three tackles, three interceptions, and three clearances, and set up Topor-Stanley for the penalty. Was forced off with injury late on.
Nikolai Topor-Stanley - 8
Won the penalty, made eight clearances, and won three duels.

Daniel Georgievski - 7
Reacted quickly to deny Sydney a second equaliser. Had a couple of chances to seal the result late on.
