AUSSIE-born midfielder Kyle Nix has taken just three days to convince new club Mansfield Town that he is worthy of a two-year deal with the club.
Nix was a free agent after leaving Bradford City at the end of last season but he's now looking forward to the challenge of trying to help the Blue Square Premier (formerly the Conference) side to promotion.
He told Mansfield's official website: Everyone here seems to share the same ambition and drive. I am determined to get back into the Football League with Mansfield."
Stags boss David Holdsworth said he had recruited a player with 'wonderful ability on the ball'.
