Panathinaikos delayed Olympiacos' Super League title celebrations by at least 24 hours with a 3-1 win at Iraklis tonight.
Antonis Petropoulos twice gave Pana the lead, either side of Louis Ngwat-Mahop's goal for the hosts, and his replacement Lazaros Christodoulos added the third in the 83rd minute.
Olympiacos, though, remain 10 points clear and, with Pana having just four games to play, can wrap up top spot if they win at PAOK Salonika tomorrow.
Basement club Panserriakos boosted their fight against relegation with a 2-1 win over FC Xanthi despite finishing with 10 men.
Tasos Papazoglou and Maurice Dale gave the strugglers a 2-0 lead and, though Dimitris Anakoglou was sent off and Marcelinho pulled a goal back with a late penalty, they hung on for a win which leaves them four points adrift of Asteras Tripoli, who moved up into the relegation play-off spot with a last-minute win over Olympiacos Volou.
Adrian Bastia's opener was cancelled out by Elias Solakis but Sebastian Bartolini struck late on to seal the three points.
