The west London side have not played in the top flight since 1996, but yesterday's 2-2 draw with Cardiff has put them on the brink of a return to the big time, pending a Football Association ruling regarding the third-party ownership of Alejandro Faurlin.

"We're not feeling any pressure whatsoever," former Bristol City full-back Orr told the club's official website.

"We've got a fantastic squad with great camaraderie and togetherness. Come matchday, you look around the dressing room and you see your mates next to you and you know what you're going to get - 10 out of 10.

"Anyone in the league would swap positions with us.

"We've given our fans a chance to be proud of us, to put a smile on their faces and if we can do that against Hull at Loftus Road, in front of a full house, that would be fantastic."

Cardiff's trip to Preston will have ramifications on both ends of the table as the hosts continue to battle for survival and Dave Jones' side look to move back into the top two, having fallen a point behind Norwich.

Preston boss Phil Brown has issued a stark warning to his players that they must improve after their 4-0 defeat at Millwall.

"It is about a response to a very poor performance and a very uncharacteristic performance," he told the club's website.

"Resolve will be tested, character will be tested, fitness levels and everything about us is going to be tested and fortunately we have stood up in most of our games. It didn't happen on Saturday but we have to step up to plate on Monday."

Play-off hopefuls Leeds travel to a Crystal Palace side just outside the relegation zone and United Simon Grayson is keen to build on his side's goalless draw with Reading.

"We can only affect the games we are involved in - we have to look after ourselves then see how the others have done," he said on the club website.

"Monday's a big day, but they're all big days now - the big thing for me is that we will go to Palace on the back of a good performance."

Scunthorpe and Sheffield United are two of the sides below Palace and face tough assignments against teams fighting with Leeds for the play-off places.

The Blades' dramatic win over Bristol City kept their faint hopes of avoiding the drop alive, but they travel to fourth-placed Reading, while Scunthorpe entertain Millwall who sit ninth in the table, but only two points outside the top six.

Norwich will be looking to build on their impressive 5-1 victory over Ipswich by maintaining their grip on the second automatic promotion place with a win at home to Derby.

Nigel Clough's Rams have all but guaranteed Championship football next season, but they will still want a result at Carrow Road to mathematically end any chance of relegation.

Nottingham Forest currently fill the final play-off berth by virtue of goal difference and they will be looking to keep hold of that position with a victory at Bristol City.

Burnley could take advantage of any Forest slip-up if they can beat mid-table Portsmouth at Turf Moor, while a win at home to Ipswich would be a huge step towards securing a place in the play-offs for fifth-placed Swansea.

Elsewhere Barnsley host Doncaster, Watford travel to Leicester and Middlesbrough face Coventry.
