Australian goalkeeper Danijel Nizic has signed a two-year deal with League Two club Morecambe FC after leaving Burnley.
Nizic was released by Burnley at the end of last season after three years at the club. During that time he had loan spells with Crewe Alexandria, Workington and Chorley.
The Sydney-born and raised keeper was a member of Sydney FC's National Youth League team. He left Australia in 2013 to trial at Portsmouth and Burnley, eventually landing a deal with the Clarets.
Nizic has represented Australia twice at Under-20 level. Morecambe finished 21st in League Two in the 2015/2016 season.

"Daniel is an extremely promising young keeper who will continue to improve," Morecambe manager Jim Bentley told the club website.
"He will provide Barry Roche with good competition and I think he will be an excellent addition to the squad."
