Florentino Perez has remained cagey over the identity of Real Madrid’s next manager.
In his first speech since being re-elected as the Spanish club's president, Perez offered a small hint about the type of candidate he is looking for to take over from Jose Mourinho, but would not be drawn on names.
However, he did offer an indication that the new man - widely expected to be Paris Saint-Germain manager Carlo Ancelotti - will be of the necessary profile and experience to cope with the pressure at the Bernabeu.
"We'll have a coaching team that will be equal to objectives," Perez said.
Unwilling to disclose any more, the 66-year-old assured fans that the future is bright for the Liga side, as he commences his fourth term in the position.
He spoke about his ambitions for the club and plans for improvement, as well as thanking the fans and the board of directors for their support.
"The youth set-up will be our hallmark. Talent, sacrifice, stability, unity and passion. That is the Real Madrid," Perez stated.
"We have a clear idea of how we want to grow, how we want to become stronger.
"We always want more. I will be spokesperson and the driving force behind this demanding nature. We have grown, we have progressed and improved, but we want more.
"We are back amongst the best, and that's how we will continue until we win our 10th European Cup."
