Peru striker Jefferson Farfan is confident of producing his best form in the forthcoming Copa America.
The PSV Eindhoven frontman has been in fine form for his club side this season and is looking forward to the tournament which begins in Venezuela on June 26.
"I am in great form and I think that this will be my Copa America," he said.
"I'm going to give it my best because I want to be the best player in the tournament.
"I want much more that I have already achieved."
Farfan has often struggled when deployed as a midfielder by Peru coach Julio Cesar Uribe, but he insists he is happy to play anywhere.
"I have played as a midfielder in Holland and I don't have any trouble to do it in the national team," he added.
Peru have been drawn in Group A alongside hosts Venezuela, Bolivia and Uruguay, who Farfan expects to offer up a stern challenge.
"Uruguay will be our most difficult opponent. We all know that the first match is always very important," he added.
