Ricki Herbert has signed another All White, this time it's striker Shane Smeltz.
The 25-year-old recently scored a double for New Zealand, when the side took on Wales in a friendly but has been released by English side Halifax Town.
The attacker has secured a two-year deal and means Herbert has just five more spots to fill. It is believed he is looking at a number of South American players to fill bring in two players - one for defensive duties and the other for attack.
