PSV Eindhoven have signed teenage defender Erik Pieters from FC Utrecht on a four-year contract.
The 19-year-old left-back's move is subject to him passing a medical.
A statement on PSV's official website, www.psv.nl, read: "Erik Pieters has signed a contract which ties him to the Dutch champions for four seasons."
Pieters came up through the youth ranks at Utrecht and broke into the first team last season, scoring twice in 31 league games.
He was also a member of the Holland Under-21 squad which won the European Championship in 2007.
