Middlesbrough chairman Steve Gibson has promised manager Gareth Southgate every penny of the cash he rakes in from season ticket sales after announcing a price freeze.
Prices will remain unchanged for the third successive season, meaning adult fans can enjoy the entire Premiership campaign for as little as £390.
More than 22,000 renewal forms are about the be sent out as the club adopts a state-of-the-art swipe-card system.
And Gibson has told supporters their backing will directly affect to what extent Southgate, who today wrapped up the £7million capture of England defender Jonathan Woodgate, will be able to strengthen his squad.
The chairman said: "Every penny of season-ticket revenue will go into further team strengthening as my ambition for this football club burns as brightly as ever.
"In Gareth Southgate, I know that we have unearthed a manager that we feel can take us forward in an exciting way.
"He has overcome many challenges in what has proved a difficult first season in football management, and I firmly believe he has all of the qualities to help us build on our successes of the last decade or so."
Southgate, whose side currently lie 14th in the league table, is determined to establish the club as regular top-six contenders who play attractive football.
He said: "I am committed to taking Boro as far as I possibly can, playing a brand of football that will excite the club's supporters.
"With the addition of further long-term signings over the summer, I believe we will have a squad that will hold us in good stead for the next three or four years.
"It is an important reality that only twice in the history of the Premier League have we finished in the top half.
"With that in mind, I am determined to guide Boro towards becoming a consistent top-10 side that can challenge for the European places on a regular basis.
"However, along with players who have a hunger and desire to succeed, we need passionate supporters who can play a huge role in making the Riverside a fortress.
"I remain committed to playing a brand of attacking, attractive, winning football that I hope will ensure big crowds and a bouncing atmosphere week in and week out.
"I hope the supporters will join us as we strive to make those next exciting steps."
