PSV Eindhoven have confirmed they have agreed a deal to sign Mexico defender Francisco Javier Rodriguez from Chivas de Guadalajara.
The deal was announced in a short statement on the club's website and remains subject to the 26-year-old agreeing personal terms.
"PSV expects to reach an agreement with the player as soon as possible," the statement said.
If the move goes ahead Rodriguez - capped 41 times by his country - will join international team-mate Carlos Salcido in Eindhoven.
