OLYMPIAKOS have clinched their 11th title in 12 seasons after defeating Iraklis 3-1 on the final day of the Greek Super League season.
But the final standings will only be confirmed after a decision by the Court of Arbitration of Sport (CAS).
AEK also enjoyed victory on Sunday, overcoming Asteras Tripolis 2-0 to finish two points behind the Reds.
CAS must now rule on whether Olympiakos were correctly awarded three points when their 1-0 defeat at Apollon Kalamarias was overturned after a Hellenic Football Federation committee ruled that the home side had fielded an ineligible player.
CAS is due to make a statement on Monday but that did not stop Olympiakos celebrating on Sunday night.
Young striker Costas Mitroglou inspired the win, netting twice as the hosts cruised to victory at the Georgias Karaiskakis stadium.
Olympiacos will now go in search of a domestic double when they take on Aris Salonica in the Greek Cup final on May 17.
Mitroglou had threatened a couple of times before he opened the score in the 28th minute when he pounced on some sloppy defending by Iraklis. Twelve minutes later he controlled a Leonardo cross and slotted home to double the lead.
In the second-half, Olympiakos captain Predrag Djordjevic put the game at the Karaiskakis Stadium beyond doubt in the 51st minute when his free-kick deflected off the Iraklis wall and spun into the net as goalkeeper Giorgos Bantis looked on helplessly.
Second-placed AEK Athens overcame the season surprise package Tripolis thanks to goals from veteran Brazilian star Rivaldo and Ismael Blanco.
AEK had trouble breaking down Asteras and had to wait for a piece of individual magic from Rivaldo in the 44th minute to open the score. After dribbling past a defender on the edge of the area, he unleashed a shot into the right hand corner, which Giorgos Abaris in the Asteras goal could not get to.
Blanco then rose superbly to score with a superb scissor-kick just after half-time to double the lead and ultimately seal the three points.

Panathinaikos had to settle for third place in the final standings despite a 3-1 win over Apollon Kalamarias.
Aristidis Galanopoulos put through his own net to hand Pana the lead after five minutes but Giorgos Barkoglou levelled for the hosts on 38 minutes.
However, Dimitrios Papadopoulos put Pana ahead on the break and then Galanopoulos incredibly conceded another own goal after 72 minutes to secure the win for the visitors.
With Apollon and Veria already relegated, the only issue to sort at the foot of the table was who would follow them into the second tier. That dubious honour went to Atromitos, who lost 2-1 at Panionios.
Elsewhere, Aris Salonika defeated OFI Crete 2-0, Ergotelis saw off FC Xanthi by the same scoreline, Larissa won a 4-3 thriller against PAOK Salonika, and Levadiakos defeated Veria 5-3.
