Ross Aloisi arrived back in Adelaide last night full of praise for his new club Wellington Phoenix and its new coach Ricki Herbert.
"As soon as I heard Wellington were being coached by Ricki I wanted in," the former Adelaide United captain tells au.fourfourtwo.com
"He's a very impressive person and he's got a great record. I mean just look at what he did in four games last season with Knights. And he's their national team coach."
The 34-year-old Aloisi will move to Wellington shortly where he'll team up with the likes of Tim Brown, Mark Paston, Michael Ferrante and others. "It's a beautiful place and the facilities are fantastic," adds Aloisi.
The midfielder has also been signed by FourFourTwo magazine as a columnist for the new season.
