QUEENSLAND Roar's pre-season preparations will see Frank Farina's men play six matches against local sides during May and June.
The club will again be taking the game to the local community in 2009 with Roar Roadshow appearances beginning in May.
Roar will play six clubs around Brisbane in May and June, giving fans a chance to meet the team and watch them play for free at local venues.
The Roar Roadshows will again include player signing sessions, entertainment from the club's mascot Roary, games in the inflatable Roar rapidfire field and heaps of gear from the Roar merchandise van.
Held on Tuesday nights, the Roar Roadshows will start with player signings from 5pm to 6.15pm, before kick-off of the main game at 7.15pm.
